TrackNest Terms

1. What TrackNest is

TrackNest is an app for OpoShop stores, published by Found. You install it from the OpoShop App Store and open it from your OpoShop admin. By installing it you agree to these terms.

TrackNest is free. There are no plans, no per-order fees and nothing to pay inside the app.

2. What it does

• It reads your store's orders through the access OpoShop grants when you install it.
• It gives each order a private tracking page, reached by a long random link that only shows that one order.
• It gives your store one lookup page, where a customer enters their order number and the email used at checkout. Both must match.
• Those pages show the order number, the order's status as your store records it in OpoShop (ordered, partly shipped, shipped, delivered or cancelled), the dates OpoShop holds for those steps, the tracking number, the carrier name, a link to track the parcel, the town, state and country the order ships to and, when the order has one, the town it ships from. They show the store name, logo and colour you set.
• You can copy any order's link from the app and send it to your customer.

3. What it does not do

• It does not contact carriers. It does not know where a parcel is or when it will arrive, and its pages do not say. "Shipped" on a page means your store marked the order shipped, on the date shown.
• When an order has a tracking number but no tracking link, the page builds a link from the number. For USPS, UPS and FedEx it goes to that carrier's tracking page. For other carriers it goes to a general parcel lookup for that number.
• It does not show a customer's name, email, street address, postcode, phone number, prices or the items they bought on any public page.
• It does not change your products, prices, stock or storefront.

4. Marking an order shipped inside TrackNest

This is available only on stores where OpoShop has given TrackNest permission to change orders. If your store does not have it yet, the app tells you and shows no button for it. Mark the order shipped in your OpoShop admin instead. Its tracking page works either way.

Where it is available: you enter the tracking number, TrackNest attaches it to the order in OpoShop, and OpoShop marks the order shipped and sends your store's shipping email if that email is switched on in your OpoShop email settings. TrackNest also sends its own short shipped email with a button to the tracking page, unless you turn that off in Settings. This cannot be undone from TrackNest, and the tracking number cannot be changed in TrackNest afterwards. You are responsible for entering the right tracking number.

5. Your part

• Anyone who holds an order's private link can open that order's tracking page. Send it only to the customer it belongs to.
• The store name and logo you set are shown publicly on your tracking pages. Use ones you have the right to use.
• Use the app only for your own store's orders.

6. When it cannot show an order

Order details are read from OpoShop when a page is opened and kept for up to a minute. If OpoShop cannot be reached, or your store's connection to TrackNest has lapsed, the page says tracking is unavailable. It does not guess a status. If the connection has lapsed, opening TrackNest again from your OpoShop admin reconnects it.

The app is provided as it is. We work to keep it running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of mistakes, and it is not a substitute for the carrier's own tracking.

7. Removing the app

You can remove TrackNest from your store at any time in OpoShop. Once OpoShop confirms the app was removed, your tracking pages stop showing order details. Your links and branding are kept so that installing again brings them back. To have them deleted, email brandon@tryfound.io.
